The Director of Community contributes to the long-term success of Code for San Francisco and it’s members by turning recruitment into long-term engagement. This individual will:

1. Increase long-term member engagement

2. Bring a vibrant atmosphere to our in-person and hybrid events.

Responsibilities:

• Iterate on onboarding process for new members (in-person and remote).
• Crowd-source unique hack night content including speakers, workshops, discussions, and outside events.
• Act as liason with members, gathering, documenting, and sharing feedback
• Builds networking opportunities inside and outside of Code for San Francisco
