The Sr. Product Manager builds the framework for product team success at Code for San Francisco. Our product is our methodology for successfully creating products with volunteers. This individual will:

1. Document best practices for Code for San Francisco product development

2. Create processes to help product teams stay engaged and feel supported

Responsibilities:

• Gather, create, or source product documentation into a coherent “Guide to Products at Code for San Francisco”
• Develop a strategy to education the organization on newly documented best practices
• Collaborate with product managers to understand needs and roadblock
• Align current and new projects with expected standards, and new methods of support
