The Technical Recruiter connects Code for San Francisco and our community (local and remote) by actively building our recruitment pipeline. This individual will:

1. Analyze our current community to better understand participants and interest

2. Help products and volunteers connect to create awesome open-source contributions

3. Identify avenues to mindfully grow the Code for San Francisco community

Responsibilities:

• Write relevant job descriptions for volunteer roles
• Manage external recruiting websites (post roles, manage communication)
• Hand-off volunteers to project leads
• Identify opportunities to recruit members that are representative of our community
